Learning Without Feeling Overwhelmed
As a new graduate, I was concerned about managing a heavy caseload, but Sol has created a balance that allows me to learn and grow without feeling overwhelmed. The caseload is diverse and challenging, yet designed in a way that ensures patients receive quality, individualized care. I am able to work with a wide variety of patients while still having the time and space to provide the focused care each one deserves.

More Time for Patients, More Room to Grow
A Culture of Continuous Learning

Growing a Career, Not Just Starting One
When I began my career, I wanted more than just a first job as an OT. I was looking for a place where I could grow long-term, and Sol PT has provided that. Sol has given me the mentorship, resources, and support to make pursuing hand therapy as a specialty from the very start of my career possible. Whether it is continuing toward certification, taking on additional responsibilities, or mentoring new graduates in the future, I feel confident that I am in the right place to achieve those goals.
