Marlene McDaniel, PT, DPT
Marlene brings more than 38 years of experience as a physical therapist. Her interest in the profession began after experiencing physical therapy firsthand while recovering from surgery following an injury as a college athlete. She graduated from Fresno State University in 1988 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, in 2007.
Marlene specializes in post-surgical rehabilitation and the treatment of neck and back pain, while enjoying the opportunity to help patients with a wide variety of conditions achieve their individual goals. She incorporates balance, agility, and strengthening into treatment to help patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities that matter to them.
Outside of the clinic, Marlene volunteers with USA Gymnastics, providing therapy services at events in Arizona for elite gymnasts, as well as with the USA Paralympics archery division. She is also a musician and performs as a keyboardist with the Desert Swing Orchestra and Bandangela. Marlene is a proud grandmother of eight and enjoys camping, biking, and attending cosplay events with her husband.
